BaoMind owns the Living Cards, assessments, and other content we publish. You retain ownership of what you input into your own account.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaoMind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
