1. Who we are
BaoMind is a preventive wellness companion. We act as the data controller for personal data you provide to the app.
2. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider).
- Age confirmation and data-processing consent (NDPA v1.0).
- Wellness profile: age range, gender, country, goals, activity level.
- Self-reported assessments and content you save inside the app.
- Technical logs needed to operate the service (e.g. error reports).
3. Why we use it
- To create and secure your account.
- To personalize wellness guidance and Living Cards.
- To meet our legal obligations, including NDPA consent records.
4. Lawful basis
We rely primarily on your consent (recorded at signup and stored in our consent registry), and on legitimate interest for security and service-quality logs.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication, database, email delivery) bound by their own data-protection terms.
6. Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion of your personal data.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time (this may limit features).

7. Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time; backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

BaoMind is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
